본 연구에서는 첫째, 아동의 리더십에 관한 교사와 아동의 암묵적 지식을 비교하고, 둘째 교사와 아동이 지각한 리더와 리더 특성의 차이를 살펴보고, 마지막으로 교사와 아동이 지각한 리더와 일반아동의 창의적 리더유형(창의적 리더, 효율적 리더, 외로운 발명영웅, 소질없는 리더)을 살펴보고자 하였다. 서울에 소재한 초등학교 6학년 7개 학급의 207명과 교사 13명을 대상으로 아동의 리더십에 대한 암묵적 지식과 리더 지각의 차이를 살펴보기 위하여 개방형 질문지를 사용하였고, 창의적 리더 유형 구분을 위하여 자기보고식 리더십 검사와 창의성 검사(CIS)를 실시하였다.
본 연구 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사와 아동 두 그룹의 암묵적 지식은 30% 정도는 다르게 나타났다. 이는 교사와 아동이 실제 리더를 지각하는데 있어 차이가 나타날 수 있음을 보여주는 결과이다. 둘째, 실제 학급에서 교사와 아동이 지각하는 리더에는 차이가 나타났으며, 이는 교사와 아동 두 그룹의 암묵적 지식의 차이에 의한 것이었다. 이는 암묵적 지식이 리더를 지각하는데 영향을 미친다는 것을 지지하는 것이다. 마지막으로 교사와 아동이 지각한 리더는 일반아동에 비해 창의성과 리더십에서 유의미하게 높게 나타났으며, 지각된 리더의 75% 이상이 창의적 리더로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study are, first, to rxamine the difference of implicit knowledge about children's leadership between teachers and children; second, to examine the difference of leader and leader's characteristics between teachers and children; finally, explore creative leadership types among leaders and other children.

This study included 207 elementary 6th grade students and 13 elementary teachers by conducting open questions of implicit knowledge, leadership test(KEDI, 2006) and Creativity Inventory for Young Students(Choe, I. S. & Lee, J. G., 2004).

The result are summarized as follows;
First, it showed that implicit knowledge of childrens leadership between teachers and children were different to some degree. Second, there were differences of percived leaders between teachers and children in a classroom. It was caused by the difference of implicit knowledge. This supported that the perception of leader was influenced by implicit knowledge. Finally, it showed that the score of perceived leaders by teachers and children was higher than general children in children's creativity and leadership. And more than 75 percent of perceived leaders revealed the creative leader type.
